What to Do if Your Scooter Battery Dies in the Park
While our scooters have all-day batteries, it's good to be prepared. Here are the steps to take if you find yourself with a low battery at Disneyland.
Don't Panic, There Are Options
Our scooters are chosen for their excellent battery life, so this is a rare occurrence. However, if it happens, the first step is to find a safe place to rest.
Charging Stations
While not abundant, there are standard wall outlets located throughout the parks, often near restrooms or in dining areas. If you have your charger with you, you can plug in for a bit. A 30-60 minute charge can often provide enough power to get you back to your hotel. Look for outlets at the Main Street Train Station, in the seating areas of Galactic Grill, or near the exit of the Animation Academy.

Before booking, you can see how we compare to other scooter rental companies to find the absolute perfect model for your Anaheim vacation.
Contact Guest Services
If you are unable to charge your scooter, head to any Guest Relations kiosk (City Hall in Disneyland, the Chamber of Commerce in DCA). Cast members can often provide assistance or direct you to the nearest available outlet.
If you're planning a Disneyland trip, booking your scooter rental in advance ensures availability and a smoother experience. Anaheim Parks Scooters provides free hotel delivery, long battery life, and full-day flexibility used by thousands of visitors each year.
